All Test Reports and Valuation Certificates Relates To the Piece Submitted And Tested With Us
1. This certification does not affirm whether the gemstone has undergone any treatment process to achieve its current color, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Tests shall be conducted strictly in accordance with relevant standards and protocols. Any tests deemed irrelevant or inconsequential shall not be performed.
3. This report delineates the characteristics of the specified specimen as of the mentioned date. The laboratory shall not bear responsibility for the application of this certificate to any other visually similar specimen.
4. This certificate, in whole or in part, shall not be utilized as grounds for legal action unless prior written authorization has been obtained from the laboratory.
5. The issuance of this certificate is based on the best knowledge and expertise of the qualified gemologist; however, the laboratory shall not be held accountable for any inaccuracies.
6. This appraisal does not constitute a recommendation for purchase, nor does it guarantee that the valuation will result in a sale at the stated price. 7. The identification and quality assessment are conducted in accordance with current gemological protocols and grading methodologies of WGC at the time of assessment. Market analysis is conducted to determine value, considering factors such as labor, materials, design, gemstones, and precious metals. All information provided in the report is approximate due to the inherent limitations of gemstone grading. Carat weight, clarity grade, color grade, and proportion of mounted gemstones are estimated.
8. The appraisal value is based solely on current information and does not provide insight into past or future value. WGC shall not be liable for any loss, damage (including consequential damages), expenses, or errors resulting from this report, even in cases of negligence or other fault.
9. WGC functions solely as an appraisal entity and does not engage in purchasing, selling, or brokering. WGC has no past, present, or future interest in the appraised item and does not undertake to purchase or replace the item.
10. Any use of WGC's logo, trademark, or name for advertising or promotional purposes requires written consent from WGC.
11. WGC operates as an independent laboratory and holds no financial stake in the sale of certified goods.
12. Reports may vary upon re-examination or between examiners, as gem and diamond identification and grading are subjective processes.
13. The tested gem or diamond may undergo alterations after certification; therefore, it is advisable to verify the gem with its original report for confirmation.
14. Any disputes arising from this report shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai in the state of Tamil Nadu, India.
15. The weight of gems in studded jewelry is based on client-provided information or estimation.
16. Studded jewelry may exhibit a difference of plus or minus one grade.
17. Mollusk identification in pearls is based on expert opinion derived from research, observation, and analytical data.
18. Keshi pearls are pearls formed accidentally or without direct human intervention.
19. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
20. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating thereto.
21. Each party shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai Tamilnadu India, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions thereof. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration by arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said rules. The place of arbitration shall Chennai, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
